The Vasa Bridge in the Old Town of Stockholm

The Vasa Bridge (Vasabron) is by most people regarded as the most beautiful bridge in the Old Town and maybe the whole of Stockholm. It was built at 1878 in cast iron and connects the main island of the Old Town with the north part of Stockholm. The name comes from the Swedish King Gustav Vasa that stands statue at the square where the bridge enters the Old Town.
